Sophomore All-American sprinter Sanya Richards and freshman high jumper Andra Manson have been named Big 12 female and co-male indoor track athletes of the week, the conference office announced.

Richards broke her own junior world record in the 400 meters Friday at the Tyson Foods Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark., with a time of 51.45 seconds to win. Manson, who shared his honor with Baylor's Donald Williamson, recorded a collegiate-best leap of 7-6 to win the high jump at the Armory Collegiate Invitational in New York.
