SAN ANTONIO -- The Big Three were well rested as the San Antonio Spurs rallies to defeat the Memphis Grizzlies 99-95 in overtime at the AT&T Center on Saturday.
Spurs fans were not shy in showing their disgust in the $250,000 fine imposed by NBA Commissioner David Stern after Coach Gregg Popovich sent Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Danny Green home on a flight before the Miami Heat game.
Most Spurs fans agree that Pop has the right to manage his team as he seems fit. And after a thrilling overtime win over the Western Conference-leading Grizzlies, it may be harder to knock the veteran coach's decision.
