AUSTIN -- Two bombs exploded near the finish of the Boston Marathon on Monday, killing two people, injuring 23 others and sending authorities rushing to aid wounded spectators, race organizers and police said.

According to the Boston Marathon website, here is a list of runners from Central Texas. This is not a complete Central Texas list, but at least 215 runners from the area were at the marathon:

187 from Austin

10 from Cedar Park

6 from Dripping Springs

4 from Round Rock

2 from Buda

2 from Dripping Springs

1 from Pflugerville

1 from San Marcos

1 from Kyle

1 from Leander
