AUSTIN -- It may be a little easier to get around downtown Austin during Formula 1 weekend.
Track officials are combining two festivals -- Experience Austin and Austin Fan Fest, and they are shutting down 11 city blocks instead of 28.
Most of them are in the Warehouse and 2nd Street districts.
