Cedar Ridge High School sophomore guard Lashann Higgs is rated as the #1 girls basketball prospect in the land for the class of 2015.
Higgs was forced to play on the junior varsity due to U.I.L. transfer/residence rules.
She has already committed to the University of Texas.
