COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Army's version of the triple option means special preparation problems for the defense this week. One problem, according to coach Mike Sherman, is a lack of familiarity because few major college teams still run the offense.

"When you run a triple option like they do, that's all they practice and they're pretty good at it," Sherman said. "You have to get to a point in a very short period of time where you can defend that flawlessly."
