About 800 volunteers spent Sunday morning cleaning up Lake Travis.

The lake cleanup included nine underwater divers, as well as folks cleaning up the nine parks surrounding the lake. They picked up extra trash because the water level is about 20 feet below its normal level for this time of year.
In addition to cans, bottles and cigarette butts, helpers found a toilet and a horse saddle.
"You don't realize how much there is until you see what comes out of the water every year, a lot of interesting stuff, too," said Bill McLean, Colorado River Foundation president.
The lake cleanup is an annual tradition in its 14th year.
