HOUSTON—A new virus on Facebook is using cute Christmas videos to infect victims’ computers.
The hackers are posting malicious links on the popular social networking site asking folks to click on the videos.
When the links are clicked, the virus infects the user’s computer.
The virus uses victims’ machines to fill out new Facebook account applications, which are then used to post more tainted Christmas links.
