Dallas billboard: "Pullem' Up"

06:36 PM CDT on Tuesday, October 23, 2007

Associated Press

DALLAS -- Discussions over outlawing saggy, baggy pants have led to billboards in the Dallas area saying: "Pullem' Up!"

Some communities across the country have approved ordinances against droopy drawers.

Concerns have been raised about indecent exposure when pants fall way below the hips -- flaunting undergarments.

Some Dallas City Council members have talked about the issue, although attorneys have raised the possibility of legal challenges when it comes to fines over what people wear.

Now some billboards have shown up in Dallas encouraging saggers to better represent themselves -- by pulling up their pants.
