RICHARDSON — Police officers discovered the severed head of a woman in a trash bag Saturday afternoon while investigating a murder in an upscale home on a quiet suburban street.

The officer "...located what he believed to be a severed human head with the skin of the face partially peeled off," according to court documents obtained by WFAA-TV.

The victim was identified as 20-year-old Ibonne Zamudio of Dallas.

On Saturday morning about 9:15 A.M., a 10-year-old boy called 911 "...claiming there were two males inside his house and a female that was being killed," the documents revealed.

James Matisi, the owner of the house in the 5700 block of Kensington Drive, was reportedly hiding in the master bedroom closet with his son, who was calling police.

Timothy Jones, left, Eric Ziegler, center, and James Matisi are being held on $100,000 bond each.

Richardson police charged all three men who were in the house — Matisi, Timothy Jones and Eric Ziegler — with Zamudio's slaying.

It's uncertain how Matisi knew Ziegler and Jones.

Matisi told police, according to the documents, that he heard a woman yelling "No! Stop! Don't do that!," early Saturday morning in a common bathroom when the men were there.

Police later found Zamudio's dismembered body in that bathroom along with Timothy Jones, who was nude when police were called.

Ziegler was asleep when police arrived and apparently intoxicated, police reported.

The Dallas Morning News contributed to this report.
