Associated Press

SAN ANTONIO -- Health officials are investigating a San Antonio-area outbreak of Legionnaires disease that's left four people dead.

Authorities say overall -- eleven cases have been diagnosed.

Ten cases are believed to involve five patients and five visitors to the North Central Baptist Hospital.

Three of the people who died were diagnosed at North Central Baptist. The latest was a 78-year-old man who died Monday.

Officials say another person with Legionnaires died Saturday at a different facility -- Northeast Baptist Hospital. Authorities don't believe that woman had contact with North Central Baptist.
