SAN ANTONIO -- Rivers and creeks in San Antonio are still swollen from the weekend rain. Evacuations are underway along the San Antonio River in Wilson County.

The Red Cross has shelters set up for people forced from their homes.

The flooding was fatal, killing two women. The San Marcos area recovery team arrived Sunday morning to help with the search.

Family members have identified the missing teen as 18-year-old Avon Adams. He was apparently trying to cross cibolo creek with some friends when the current took him under. Everyone else in the group made it out of the water safe.
