GALVESTON, Texas -- A computer malfunction delayed the start of voting in Galveston County.
The issue caused all 45 polling locations in the county to go down before doors opened at 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Galveston County is one of 10 counties in Texas where a person can vote at any polling lcoation on Election Day.
