AUSTIN -- Since 1993, Texas Parks and Wildlife biologists have created artificial reefs with retired oil rigs, pre-made reef structures and old ships making habitat for marine life for all to enjoy.
To help better inform Texans, a new website with an interactive map, video and animation is now available, giving a rare look at this undersea world.
