UPDATE: Amber Alert canceled for baby girl

According to the Houston Police Department, little Stephanie Lavette Phillips was taken around 4:30 a.m. from an apartment complex in the 6400 block of W. Bellfort. The Amber Alert was issued shortly before 7 a.m.
