AUSTIN -- Hundreds of thousands of people came to Austin over the weekend to see the Formula 1 U.S. Grand Prix at the new Circuit of the Americas track.
Great Britain's Lewis Hamilton came out on top in the first Formula 1 race to be held in the U.S. since 2007.
Sebastian Vettel came in second, followed by Fernando Alonso in third. The championship race will be held in Sao Paolo, Brazil next week.
