DALLAS — A North Dallas apartment building was burning out of control Tuesday evening as firefighters appeared to have problems getting water to the scene.
The fire that started in a third floor unit at 10821 North Central Expressway was quickly escalated to four alarms.
WFAA's HD Chopper 8 showed a full contingent of fire equipment — including a ladder with a snorkel pointed directly at the source of the flames — but no water was observed being used to battle the fire.
Smoke from the fire was drifting across North Central Expressway and could be seen as far away as Grand Prairie.
No injuries were reported.
