Cap Metro offering free rides to the polls

AUSTIN - Capital Metro will offer free rides to voters on two days ahead of the election.

Rides will be free on the first day of early voting, Monday Oct. 24, and on Election Day, Nov. 8. All voters need to do it find a polling location and bus route, then plan a trip to get there.

Riders do not have to prove they're voting. Rides are free all day to all riders. Cap Metro also offered free rides to the polls for the 2012 Presidential Election.
