State Representative Mark Strama on the supplemental budget

The Texas Legislature took it's first significant action of the session earlier this week, voting to pass a $4.8 billion supplemental budget.  The budget finishes paying for medicaid, which was left underfunded last session.  State Representative Mark Strama joins us in the studio to discuss the budget, and the possibility of running for Mayor of Austin.
