AUSTIN -- President Obama's visit to Central Texas is complete.
Air Force One touched down around 12:15 p.m. at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The president was met by Governor Rick Perry and greeted people who lined up on the tarmac.
President Obama visited Manor New Tech High School around 1 p.m. That school is teaching life skills to its students, which lead to jobs in the high tech industry. President Obama is pushing economic growth through technology as part of his Middle Class Jobs and Opportunity tour. Click here to see his speech at Manor New Tech High School in its entirety.
The president then headed to Stubb's BBQ and ate lunch with a teacher, nurse, salon owner and veteran from the Austin community to talk to them about jobs.
Next he visited Capital Factory, a downtown high-tech business accelerator.
After that the president visited workers at Applied Materials on Highway 290 and spoke to a large audience. Click here to see his speech.
President Obama will headed back to the White House around 6 p.m.
