AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, who's running for Texas governor, will begin airing television spots a day after she began broadcasting radio spots.
Campaign spokeswoman Jennifer Baker said the TV ads would start Friday and air around the state through Thanksgiving. Baker said the TV ad would highlight Hutchison's opposition to the Democrats' health care overhaul legislation in Congress.
Hutchison is trying to unseat Gov. Rick Perry in the March 2010 Republican primary.
