One-armed man accused of driving and firing weapon

Round rock police say they've arrested a pistol packing one-armed man accused of driving down Interstate 35 while firing a gun.

Witnesses say they saw Kenneth Drake, 37, fire a pistol up into the air Saturday night as he drove south through Round Rock.
According to the arrest warrant, Drake, who is from Frisco, only has one functioning arm.
No one was hurt.
It's not known why he was allegedly firing the pistol into the air.
Drake is charged with drunk driving and deadly conduct.
