Residents fighting a proposed Wal-Mart in North Austin have to wait several more weeks before learning the outcome of their lawsuit trying to block the super-store.

Members of a group called "Responsible Growth 4 Northcross" went to court. They accused the city of not following its own rules in approving plans for the Wal-Mart at Northcross Mall.

After listening to three days of testimony, Judge Orlinda Naranjo said Friday she would issue her ruling in mid-December.
