Two Austinites are charged with theft -- accused of selling items on
eBay and not delivering them.
According to the arrest affidavit, Forest Fagan and Jessica Grant sold
Garmin global positioning systems on the popular Internet auction site.
Ten people claim they won the item in May and June of this year and paid
via PayPal or money orders.
The alleged victims all say they never received the merchandise or
refunds.
Investigators in the Austin Police Department's high tech crime unit say
the victims lost a combined $5,082.
