State unveils propane school bus

The Texas Railroad Commission unveiled a school bus powered by propane Wednesday morning in downtown Austin.
Officials say propane buses are environmentally friendly and the fuel that is held in a steel tank -- making it safer for kids riding in the bus.
Cash incentives are now available from the Texas Railroad Commission to help school districts buy the new buses.
