Man accused of improper photography

An employee at a Wal-Mart store in Round Rock is charged with taking an inappropriate photograph of a female customer.

The customer told police she caught Baldemar Jose Vela taking a picture of her Monday night while she was shopping at the Wal-Mart on Palm Valley.
She claims he used his cell phone camera to take a picture of her from behind.
According to court documents, Vela admitted using his cell phone to take several pictures of women.
