Next Thursday is your chance to catch the action on the big screen -- for next to nothing.

It's the annual Cans Film Festival at area Regal Cinemas on Sept. 28.

It will cost you three non-perishable food items or a $3 donation to the Capital Area Food Bank. You'll get one free movie ticket and a free junior popcorn.

Participating theaters include Gateway 16, Metropolitan 14, Westgate Central 11, Lakeline Mall 9, Arbor Cinema @ Great Hills.
