| Recommended Former motel manager sentenced in boy's sexual assault

A former North Austin motel manager has been sentenced to 25 years in prison in the sexual assault of a 10-year-old boy.
(07/10)Douglas Ward, 46, who admitted to the crime, was sentenced late last week.
Police said Ward threatened the 10-year-old and a 12-year old boy by showing graphic photos of bloodied children.
He worked at the Budget Lodge Motel on Interstate 35 near Rundberg for two years before being arrested in June.
