A man wanted on charges of vandalizing a local restaurant as part of an animal rights protest has been arrested.

Joshua Rosenberg, 29, taken into custody on Sunday.
He is charged with criminal mischief for spray painting a Congress Avenue restaurant that sells fois gras -- a goose or duck liver.
(09/06)Critics say the animals are cruelly-treated because they are force-fed to fatten up their livers.
