A former West Lake Hills police officer has been indicted on felony charges of online solicitation of a minor, the Texas Attorney General's Office announced Tuesday.
The Llano County grand jury handed down a five-count indictment against Paul Kirksey, 35, who was arrested in January.
Investigators with the attorney general's cyber crimes unit say Kirksey sent explicit images over the Internet to an investigator he thought was a 13-year-old girl.
If convicted, Kirksey could face up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
