Grand jury indicts former West Lake Hills officer

A former West Lake Hills police officer has been indicted on felony charges of online solicitation of a minor, the Texas Attorney General's Office announced Tuesday.
The Llano County grand jury handed down a five-count indictment against Paul Kirksey, 35, who was arrested in January.
(01/10/08)Investigators with the attorney general's cyber crimes unit say Kirksey sent explicit images over the Internet to an investigator he thought was a 13-year-old girl.
If convicted, Kirksey could face up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
