Jerry Glen Kinsey, 31, faces a maximum prison sentence of 20 years, and a Class B Terroristic Threat, which carries a max term of six months.
Kinsey's arrest was a result after the media posted surveillance camera photos last week.
The terroristic threat charge stems from the suspect's phone call to 911 threatening to burn down the bank.
