| Recommended 'House dumper' arrested

A home mover accused of stealing from his customers went to jail twice Thursday.
Paul Miller, 41, turned himself in on organized crime charges in Travis County.
Investigators say he charged $27,000 to deliver a home, only to dump it in a vacant lot on U.S. 290 in Manor, where it has stayed since April.
Miller was released on bond in Travis County, then re-arrested on a warrant in Williamson County for a similar case.
