A San Antonio woman has been indicted on felony charges of stealing e-mail from an Austin woman's account.

Jamie McNair, 34, is charged with breach of network security -- a state jail felony.

McNair is accused of hacking into the e-mail account of her ex-husband's new wife and stealing emails pertaining to custody of her 14-year-old daughter.

If convicted, she could be sentenced to up to two years in jail.
