The problem of teen alcohol and drug abuse became the focus of a special KVUE News town hall meeting on Friday.

"Party 101: Consequences," an hour-long special, delivered a powerful message for teens and their parents about the dangers of substance abuse.

Party 101 is a partnership between the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and Texas PTA, the largest child advocacy group in the state.
