Man cited in South Austin apartment fire

A man who lives at a South Austin apartment complex that went up in flames Wednesday night has been cited for reckless destruction of property.
(01/07)Austin fire officials Friday said they believe Gary King inadvertently started the blaze at the Oak Run Apartments on Run of the Oaks near West Ben White Boulevard.
Firefighters say a match on a sofa started the fire. More than a dozen people were forced out of their homes.
The fire caused more than $400,000 in damage and burned 10 apartment units.
The citation against King carries a fine of up to $500.
