SAN MARCOS, TEXAS - Officials in Mexico have apprehended a man accused of sexually assaulting his niece in a San Marcos hotel, the Hays County Sheriff's Office announced Thursday.

The HCSO reported that the San Marcos Police Department responded to reports of the sexual assault of a 15-year-old female on Aug. 14. After investigation, officials identified the suspect as her 56-year-old uncle, Jesus Delgado.
