Police searching for suspects in East Austin aggravated robbery

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects in connection to an aggravated robbery in East Austin.

Austin police said the robbery happened around 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, in the 3700 block of Goodwin Ave.

The victim told police the suspects followed him to his residence and were armed with a weapon. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. 

One of the suspects is described as a black male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 175 pounds. He has a beard and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, black tennis shoes and a gold watch.

The second suspect is also a black male, but a further description is not available.
