Oregon woman conspired with Texas man to film sex acts involving children

TYLER, TEXAS - A 35-year-old Medford, Oregon woman has been sentenced to federal prison Tuesday for "child exploitation violations" in the eastern district of Texas, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Crystal Beam pleaded guilty on Nov. 14, 2016 to a conspiracy to sexually exploit children and was sentenced Tuesday to 216 months in federal prison.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, she conspired and agreed with Brian Casper, 27, of Tyler, Texas to use minor children to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions and transmitting live visual depictions of the conduct.

Casper, who has been sentenced to 336 months in federal prison, also conspired with Taylor Keeth of Iowa and Lacy Brooks of Arkansas to produce similar content, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. Keeth has been sentenced to 282 months in prison while Brooks is awaiting sentencing.
