Teen killed in Manor collision identified

TRAVIS COUNTY - A man was killed and three others were injured in a two-vehicle wreck in Manor Sunday night.

Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services responded to the collision in the 18600 block of Blake Manor Road at 10:04 p.m.

Roberto Antonio Cruz Argueta, 17, identified by Texas Highway Patrol Monday, died at the scene.

Medics said a woman in her 30s, identified as Cecila Maldonado, a man with an unidentified age, and a female child were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

According to a preliminary report, Argueta's vehicle was traveling south on Hogg Eye Road while Maldonado's car was traveling north on Blake Manor  Road. Officials said Argueta's vehicle skidded into the northbound lane, causing Maldonado's car to strike Argueta's.

The Texas Highway Patrol said Argueta was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
