Police arrested a Manor High School student early Friday morning after he allegedly created a "Bobby da Klown" Facebook profile to threaten students at his campus.
According to the Manor Police Department, a photo from inside Manor High School was posted by "Bobby da Klown" along with threats that said, "I'm here" and "I will kill anyone." Police linked the 16-year-old to the Facebook page and posts and charged him with terroristic threat, a class B misdemeanor.
The student is currently in custody at the Gardner Betts Juvenile Detention Center.
The threatening posts have since been removed, according to police.
Manor ISD sent the following letter to parents:
Dear Manor ISD Families,
This morning, Manor Police Department arrested a student at Manor High School in connection with a Facebook profile used to send "clown threats".
Travis County Sheriff’s Office assisted Manor PD in the investigation. The Manor Police Department will continue to monitor social media and take legal action where required.

On Thursday, four teens were arrested in Bastrop for allegedly making similar threats. An Akins High School student was arrested Wednesday for alleged clown threats.
