Bus driver in Biloxi crash identified, no charges expected

The driver of the charter bus that crashed in Biloxi, Miss. resulting in the death of four Texans has been identified as Louis Ambrose Jr. No charges are expected to be filed against him in connection to the crash. 

KVUE's Tony Plohetski confirmed that Ambrose is a 60-year-old employee of Echo Tours in Dallas. 

Biloxi City spokesman Vincent Creel said no charges will be filed against Ambrose.

The bus was struck by a train after it became stuck on train tracks in Biloxi. Four people were killed and 35 were injured in the crash. Two of the four killed were a couple from Lockhart. Another victim was from Sealy and the other was from Bastrop.
