AUSTIN -- An Austin woman faces three felony counts for leaving the scene of a crash.

Ashley Cleveland, 27, is charged with failure to stop and render aid. According to an arrest affidavit, Cleveland hit a moped with three people on it on South First Street on Wednesday.

All three of the riders suffered injuries.

Cleveland kept driving, but two witnesses followed her to a nearby fast food restaurant and cornered her in parking lot until police arrived.

She told officers she thought she hit a traffic cone.
