Williamson County attorney Jana Duty has sent a cease and desist order to the county's IT director.
She is demanding he remove computer spyware she claims is monitoring her employees' use of the Internet.
Duty says the information that flows through her office is attorney-client privileged. County commissioners deny her allegations
