Snapped utility pole causes traffic delays

AUSTIN -- A utility pole snapped in North Austin, causing a few traffic delays Wednesday afternoon.
Police closed down about half of a block around Anderson Lane west of Lamar Boulevard. Austin Energy says a car hit the wire next to the pole and kept driving.
Crews are on the scene to fix the pole. At least one business has lost power.
