CEDAR PARK -- The Williamson County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly shooting north of Cedar Park.

The shooting occurred at 609 Kathleen in the Block House Creek subdivision Sunday.

Homeowner Forest Terven, 40, was taken to the hospital with two non-life threatening wounds. Inside, they found the body of his 40-year-old wife, Kimberly Terven. They also found the body of a neighbor, Ronald Berry, 45, shot dead.

The 18-year-old son of the Tervens was also home at the time of the shooting, but escaped uninjured and called 911.

At this time, information indicates that Berry went to the Terven's home and had a verbal disagreement. Berry then left the residence and went to his home located at 604 Kathleen to retrieve a handgun. Berry returned to the Tervens' and forced his way inside their home.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
