A Fourth of July parade was the perfect backdrop for a soldier's homecoming.
Army Specialist Adam Huckstep arrived home Sunday morning.
And after meeting his family, he was whisked off to a parade in Round Rock, where friends and neighbors were there to welcome him home.
Huckstep will spend a few weeks with his family before heading back to Iraq.
