AUSTIN -- A sexual assault suspect has been arrested by members of the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.
Angel Hernandez, 21, was arrested in South Austin without incident Tuesday morning. Also known as Angel Arturo Hernandez-Sustaita, he was wanted for his suspected involvement in a sexual assault case from Hays County in February 2013.
Officials say a complaint was filed by two women who say they were sexually assaulted at a Kyle party. The women told law enforcement that they were given alcohol but felt they were over served. They told officials that they both passed out and woke up to two men sexually assaulting them.
One of the suspects was arrested earlier this month and is being held on a $200,000 bond. The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force had been surveying Hernandez, and several people associated with him, before arresting him on Tuesday.
The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in Austin includes members of the Travis County Sheriff's Office, The Texas Department of Public Safety, the Kyle Police Department and several others.
