ROUND ROCK, Texas -- Round Rock police are looking for two men seen stealing from cars at a daycare center.

A woman picking up her children from Primrose School spotted a man breaking into her car Wednesday afternoon. The man got her purse, jumped into a four-door, silver Ford Focus with dark tinted windows with another man and took off heading south on Red Bud Lane. They hit the woman while driving away.

She suffered non-life threatening injuries.

One of the suspects is described as in his mid-20s with close-cropped hair and possibly wearing a blue or red striped T-shirt. The second suspect is described as 20 to 30 years old. No further information was available.

Another parent leaving the school shortly afterward found her vehicle’s driver side window broken and her purse, too, was stolen.

The suspects in this case should be considered armed and dangerous.

Any information or questions related to this subject should be directed to Det. Jerry Castleberry at jcastleberry@roundrocktexas.gov or 512/203-8595.
