ROUND ROCK, Texas -- Round Rock city officials broke ground on a new indoor sports facility.

The 81,500-square feet building will be located on Chisholm Trail and will cost $14.5 million.

Round Rock voters approved a tax increase in November 2011 to help pay for the facility.

Work is expected to be complete in December 2013.
