AUSTIN -- Police are looking for a man who seriously injured another man in the parking lot of a restaurant.

Police said a red truck pulling a flatbed trailer was attempting to pull into the parking lot of the restaurant, as a white SUV was pulling in behind the truck.

The victim was transported to University Medical Center at Brackenridge Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The assault suspect is described as white man in his late 20s. He is 5'10" and around 240 pounds. He has a bald or shaved head. The suspect was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black jacket with red and white lettering on it.
The driver of the SUV is described as an elderly white man.

Additionally, a white woman with dark hair was in the front passenger seat of the SUV, and a white woman with blonde hair was in the back seat.

The suspect vehicle is a white SUV, unknown make and model.
Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to call the Region 4 Detectives at 512-974-5350.
